1、Ex(Point of Origin)(产地交货)又称EXW(Ex Works)
EXW是国际贸易术语之一,是指当卖方在其所在地或其他指定的地点(如工场、工厂或仓库)将货物交给买方处置时,即完成交货,卖方不办理出口清关手续或将货物装上任何运输工具。
2、FOB(Free on Board)(在运输工具上交货)
FOB也称“离岸价”,实践中的使用通常为“FOB……港(出发地)按FOB成交,由买方负责派船接运货物,卖方应在合同规定的装运港和规定的期限内,将货物装上买方指定的船只,并及时通知买方。在实际交易中,买方都会委托卖方来帮助租船定仓,交保险等,也就是准CIF,买方会另行支付给卖方额外费用!货物在装船时越过船舷,风险即由卖方转移至买方。
3、FAS(Free Alongside Ship)(船边交货;船侧就岸交货)
船边交货贸易术语,英文为Free Alongside ship(named port of shipment)即船边交货(指定装运港),缩写为FAS。它指卖方在指定的装运港码头或驳船上把货物交至船边,从这时起买方须承担货物灭失或损坏的全部费用和风险, 另外买方须办理出口结关手续。
4、FCA(Free Carrier)交至承运人(......指定地点)
FCA是free carrier也就是“货交承运人(……指定地点)”是指卖方只要将货物在指定的地点交给买方指定的承运人,并办理了出口清关手续,即完成交货
5、C&F(Cost and Freight)(成本加运费)后改为CFR(对外贸易的实际操作中也有很多客人喜欢用CNF来表示C&F,实际上只是把符号&换成N, 意思是一样的)
