　　论开设心理课程

　　最近，越来越多的教育工作者和普通市民提议高校开设更多有助于学生心理健康的课程。就我个人而言，我完全同意他们的建议，理由如下：

　　一方面，目前日益增加的学业压力，以及将来面临的就业压力会导致很多心理问题的产生，如焦虑、抑郁、甚至绝望，而心理课程打开了一扇交流和放松的大门。另一方面，这些课程可以教导学生如何在不同情况下调整情绪和感情。这样一来，学生可以为将来步入复杂社会后的生活做好准备。最后，这些课程也有利于良好习惯的形成，有益于人的精神和心理健康。要想在社会上做一个成熟的、合格的公民，学生所需要做的远不止努力学习这么简单。

　　总之，我热烈欢迎在大学设立心理课程。在我看来，它们有助于学生的心理发育。
